How to Order



Ordering Sequence:
Basket>>>Order Form>>>Send Order>>>Order Confirmation>>>Paypal Pay Button

 Ordering an item is easy just follow these instructions

  • Add item(s) you want to buy to your shopping basket by clicking 'ADD TO BASKET' button
  • If you need more time click 'SAVE BASKET' - your items will remain in your basket for 3 days
  • If you update / amend quantity / delete items in your basket then click the 'UPDATE' button
  • When finished shopping click NEXT button on basket to go to your order form
  • Fill in ALL fields on the order form
  • Select the drop down menu to find the POSTAL ZONE for your location
  • Then select the Postal Zone Delivery Costs button for number of items ordered for your Postal Zone. (see below) - This will add the postal charge to your order

  • Send order - We recommend you click print the order screen for your records
  • Final screen will show the details of your order along with the order number these details will have been emailed to you so please ensure that you have our email address:
    as a trusted site or we could end up in your spam folder.
  • The final screen also contains a 'PAY with PAYPAL' button - if you chose to pay via credit / debit card clicking this button will send your order to the secure payment processor via SSL so you can complete your order
  • If you chose another method of payment or you failed to click the PAY with PAYPAL button then please await our email instructions.

    If the item you have ordered is a 'DOWNLOAD' item
  • On the order form Postal Zone Delivery Costs section select DOWNLOAD item button.(see below)

  • Send order
  • Final screen will show the details of your order along with the order number these details will have been emailed to you so please ensure that you have our email address:
    as a trusted site or we could end up in your spam folder.
  • The final screen also contains a 'PAY with PAYPAL' button - if you chose to pay via credit or debit card clicking this button will send your order to the secure payment processor via SSL so you can complete your order
  • If you chose another method of payment or you failed to click the PAY with PAYPAL button then please await our email instructions.
  • The DOWNLOAD link will be emailed to you following clearance of your payment.
  • PLEASE ENSURE that you add our email address: in your address book as a trusted site.
